The Top Doctor of Philosophy Le Ouy Don (1726-1784) is one of the most prominent celebrities in Vietnamese history, once honored as a great scholar in the feudal period of Vietnam. The monument was classified as a National Monument in 1986, located in Dong Phu hamlet, Doc Lap commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province. The complex is 35km away from Thai Binh City to the north, including: the Le Quy Don altar, the mausoleum of Le Trong Thu [the father of Le Ouy Don) and Le Ouy lake.
